Colton grew up on his family's farm just outside of McCool Junction, Nebraska. Growing up he worked with cattle, goats, corn, soybean, hay, as well as honey production. Colton earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business through Bellevue University. He joined the commercial side of grain industry where he worked for a handful of years. During his tenure there he learned a great deal about spreads, basis, managing risk, options, multi-tasking, and taking what the market gives you. It was also during his time spent on the commercial side that he realized his passion was in helping others manage risk, learn the tools in trading and aid in farmers growth, not only in their operations but their knowledge in marketing. Colton has his Series 3 & 30 brokerage licenses along with his Crop Insurance License. Colton and his wife Whitney reside in Lincoln, Nebraska with their daughter's Carver and Kyla.

Eric Erickson

Eric grew up in Superior, Nebraska and from a young age was drawn to Agriculture. He started out roguing and detasseling, and through high school worked on a row crop, livestock, and custom hay operation. Eric attended college at Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis, Nebraska. After college he moved to Southern Kansas to work on a row crop and livestock operation before moving back home to get his feet wet on the commercial grain side of the industry. He started out in operations, worked his way up in a large commercial grain company and realized he was very interested in the marketing side of the business. Having experience in operations, running a scale, customer service, merchandising, grain buying, and risk management allows Eric to have a greater understanding of the grain industry as a whole and his customers operations. He has been in the grain marketing side of the business for the last 15 years. Eric and his wife Tammy live outside of Central City, Nebraska and are blessed with 5 daughters, 2 sons, and four grandchildren.

Nick Glanzer

Nick grew up in Abilene, Kansas. He later graduated from Tabor College with a degree in Business Management. Nick has a strong understanding of the crop insurance world along with how to pair it with brokerage trading to help farmer's operations.

Nick and his wife Roxanne live in Milford with their two children, Knox and Zoey.
